Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain threshold — please check our current promotions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes LAMLICKA ships internationally from China. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the carrier's website or via 17track.net.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at bosma@lamlicka.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. LAMLICKA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
