# Shipping Information **Last updated: August 19, 2026** This Shipping Information explains how NORGIRA processes and delivers orders. Please read it before placing an order. The estimated timeframes below are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. ## 1. Order processing In-stock orders are generally processed within **1–3 business days** after payment has been authorised. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Once an order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. We may contact you if additional information is required to process an order. Orders may be delayed or cancelled where payment, address, or fraud-prevention checks cannot be completed. ## 2. Pre-order, made-to-order, and limited items Pre-order, made-to-order, personalised, and limited-production items may require additional production or handling time. The relevant product page or order confirmation will state the estimated production or shipping timeframe where available. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order or made-to-order items, we may ship the order together after all items are ready, unless we confirm a split shipment. Any displayed date remains an estimate and may change due to production, material, carrier, or customs conditions. ## 3. Delivery areas NORGIRA currently ships worldwide where carrier service is available. Available destinations and delivery methods are shown at checkout and may change based on carrier coverage, local restrictions, or sanctions and trade-compliance requirements. Shipping is currently offered to destinations including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, EU countries, Australia, and other eligible international destinations. If your destination or shipping method is not shown at checkout, we are unable to ship that order to the address provided. ## 4. Address changes and delivery instructions Please review your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Where this applies, the applicable duties, import taxes, and import-related charges are included in the shipping charges shown at checkout, and no additional customs duty or import fee should be due on delivery. Eligibility varies by destination and is confirmed at checkout. Local authorities may still require information or action from the recipient. Additional charges may arise where the address or recipient information is inaccurate, a delivery is refused, local law requires a charge that was not included at checkout, or another circumstance outside our reasonable control applies. Customs clearance can delay a shipment. NORGIRA does not control customs authorities or carrier processing times. ## 8. Delays, lost parcels, and delivery issues Carrier delays, customs holds, severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, labour disruptions, and other events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to help with a carrier enquiry or claim where appropriate, but we cannot guarantee a carrier’s investigation outcome or delivery date. We may request confirmation of the delivery address, carrier tracking, a safe-place or building check, and other relevant information. We will review the information and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier investigation. Any resolution will depend on the circumstances, carrier findings, and applicable law. ## 10. Refused, uncollected, or returned parcels If a parcel is returned because delivery was refused, it was not collected, the address was incorrect or incomplete, or the recipient did not complete a required customs process, we will review any refund after the parcel has returned to us. Where permitted by law, original shipping costs, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and related handling fees may be deducted from the refund.
